A welder's pocket knife.

Colsman applies various joining operations for the further processing of metals: Spot and laser welding, MIG, MAG and TIG welding, and gluing. In the former, electric current is passed through the metal parts to join them together at the points of contact. MIG, MAG and TIG welding, on the other hand, fuses the raw material with heat or treasure gases and is particularly suitable for processing thicker metals. Bonding involves applying adhesive to the surfaces to be joined, which then cures under pressure or heat. The choice of process depends on factors such as the material, size and shape of the parts, as well as their strength and durability.
