3D Laser Machining – Precision and Flexibility for Complex Contours

A central element of Umformen+ is our 3D laser system, the TRUMPF Laser Cell 8030, which enables the highest precision in processing complex geometries. With this technology, we cut exact final contours, create functional openings, or prepare weld areas – even for components with demanding tolerances or diverse designs. Laser processing allows for rapid adjustments, reproducible results, and full digital process integration, ensuring complete traceability. Machining – integrated or separate, depending on the requirement

Depending on the component requirements, machining is performed either directly integrated into the spinning process or separately on dedicated machining equipment.
