Colsman Forming stands for precise and economical deep-drawing technology - from simple formed parts to complex assemblies with multiple processing steps. We combine modern press technology with automated processes and digital process design.

Five hydraulic presses (some triple-acting) and five eccentric presses are available for deep drawing. This combination enables a high degree of flexibility in terms of component geometries, material thicknesses and batch sizes - from pre-series to robust series production.

We manufacture sophisticated deep-drawn parts with several forming and post-processing steps. Our experience in the process chain and the close coordination between design, simulation and production produce stable, reproducible results.

To ensure consistent quality and high efficiency, we rely on automated material feeding using robots. This enables short cycle times, clean processes and high repeat accuracy.

In addition to deep drawing, we take care of all relevant process steps:

• Laser cutting and trimming
• Surface treatment
• Assembly of complex assemblies

This means you receive complete components and assemblies from an integrated production chain.

We analyze the forming process using FEM simulation even before production starts. This allows us to optimize material flow, crack and wrinkle formation, springback and tool design at an early stage - for maximum process reliability and minimum iteration loops.
