Technical anodizing - durable surfaces for extreme conditions

Our focus in the area of anodizing is on technical anodized coatings that are specially designed for demanding industrial applications. These coatings are characterized by high hardness and excellent resistance to highly alkaline media. Especially in highly abrasive processes in the textile industry as well as in medical and sanitary technology, our anodized surfaces prove themselves through their robustness and durability. Glass bead blasting - uniform, homogeneous surfaces for technical applications

With glass bead blasting, we use fine glass beads to create a particularly even, matt and homogeneous surface. The process is much gentler than traditional sandblasting and does not change the structure of the material surface, but instead ensures that the edge zone is gently compacted. The result is a high-quality surface that is free from tarnishing, slight burrs or fine impurities.

Glass bead blasting is ideal for components that require a defined surface structure, a uniform appearance or a clean, reproducible pre-treatment for subsequent processes.
